How much is the LDA Community, and is there a contract?
Membership is $99/month CAD (applicable tax added at checkout). There is no contract and no lock-in — you can cancel anytime and keep access through the end of your billing period.
How often do live sessions run?
There are live online events most weeks — a mix of Q&A and coaching with Carina, deep-dive masterclasses, and guest-expert speaker sessions. In-person construction tours and meetups are hosted across Canada through the year. Every online session is recorded and added to the replay library.
Do I need to finish Fast Track first?
No. The Community stands on its own and welcomes members at any stage. It pairs naturally with Fast Track — the course gives you the framework, and the Community is where you apply it, ask questions and go deeper on real projects.
Are sessions recorded if I cannot attend live?
Yes. Paid members get an on-demand replay library that grows every month, so you can catch anything you miss and revisit masterclasses whenever a project calls for it.
Can I earn professional development credits?
Eligible live masterclasses, Q&A and case-study sessions may be self-reported for CPD/CE credits depending on your designation, and attendance records are available on request. Final acceptance is determined independently by each association’s guidelines.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Manage or cancel your membership whenever you like — there is no long-term commitment.
